The tea cup exercise is a traditional Tai Chi movement drill used to build coordination. The idea is that you balance cups of tea (without spilling them) in your palms as you move your arms and body. This drill is adapted for grapplers. It will build mobility (especially in tight limbs), concentration, focus and timing. You'll immediately fall in love with this great drill.
